What is the Test?
The test structure is composed of 40 items with a combination of multiple choice, yes/no, true/false question types. The test requires you to have good analysis of the situations being presented so it is important that you understand the question and its application to get the correct answer. The test is offered in Finnish ( Suomeksi), English, Swedish and Arabic. I am not currently sure if it is now offered in other languages but you can can check out further. The following topics might help in your preparation.
- Microbes and its properties
- Yeasts and Molds
- Laws and regulations pertaining to the hygiene and sanitation in Finland and Europe
- Temperature range where microbes grow, thrive, survive or die.
These are just pointers from my own experience. You can also practice the test online for free and more practices are also available for a fee. This book is the only book I have read which my husband recommended and it served its purpose well. I highly recommend the same. And yes, I did pass the test the first take and so you can.
Good luck in your test.
