Seafood Veggie Pesto Pasta


This is one of the food discoveries I had while thinking what food can I make from the ready ingredients I have. Basically, this delicious pasta is easy to make coupled with healthy ingredients fresh from our garden.


How to cook:

Start of by heating olive oil. Put the minced or sliced garlic and put the peeled shrimps and season with white wine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes then pour the pesto over and the rest of the vegetables-and cook for about 3 minutes or more depending on how you like your veggies cooked ( I like crispy veggies). Depending on your preference, season the food with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the cooked spaghetti and cook on low fire until mixture is evenly distributed to the pasta. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley when you plate the pasta.
